"It's been a bit different, to be honest, and since we have been doing these single-player, story-driven games for so long, over 20 years, and all these male heroes and anti-heroes [...] moving over to these two female protagonists who are in this transition between adolescence and adulthood, and a story about growing up, is of course different from a story perspective, but it also forces us to think in a more non-linear way in terms of storytelling, as we have two players to consider."
"So it's been a challenge but of course it's been very fun, and that's also a big reason for deciding to take on the challenge as well, to add an AI companion when you play so that we can make sure that we can continue working with that sisterly bond throughout the entire experience."
Vi passade även på att fråga lite om den kommande Switch-versionen och då lät det så här:
"Yeah, I think so, I mean that's also why we are focusing on Switch quite a lot," he told us. "Those titles - both Wolfenstein and Doom - are of course Bethesda titles, so we do put an effort into getting our games to be added to Switch as well. I think it's a great platform, and of course it comes with challenges. We have to sacrifice certain things, you know - we have a game that is made to run at 60 frames-per-second, and we had to make that sacrifice for Switch."
"But I think it's still worth it. It's a great way for us to let fans play the game on Switch as well, and the Panic Button guys that do that conversion work for us and the Switch version, they are such an amazing group of magicians basically, because I just can't understand how they get it done, but they do."
Låter bra, visst?
