Kan Wii U känna igen ansikten?

Wii U och dess kamera kan komma att känna igen ditt ansikte, på ett liknande sätt som Kinect gör. Detta har Nintendos VD Satoru Iwata berättat i sin frågehörna Iwata Asks.

"It certainly seems possible from an engineering standpoint that the camera will recognize you if you position the new controller to look at you," berättar Iwata.

Detta skulle enligt Iwata kunna användas i exempelvis Wii Fit, som ju kommer att vara kompatibelt med Wii U-kontrollen.

"It would be much more accessible if all you have to do is to hold it, press a button and stand on the Wii Balance Board".
